Refund & Replacement Policy
Since each artwork is hand-painted and made to order, we do not offer refunds once the order has been placed.
However, if your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly offer a replacement.
To request a replacement, please follow these steps:
• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package
• Share clear photos of the damaged artwork and packaging
• Email the details along with your order number
Once the request is reviewed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

• Slight variations in colours or brushstrokes are natural in handmade artwork and are not considered defects
• Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled or refunded
